At Lions Volleyball Academy, we are dedicated to promoting the sport of volleyball through comprehensive youth volleyball training and education. Our goal is to instill a love for the game while enhancing volleyball skills and fostering teamwork training among all participants.

Message from the Founder

At Lions Volleyball Academy, we focus not only on training athletes but also on shaping confident and resilient young people. Our youth volleyball training sessions emphasise teamwork training, discipline, and a strong belief in potential. My mission is simple: to create an environment where effort is respected, character is developed, and performance is enhanced.    


A bit about me...

My journey began on the volleyball courts of Europe, competing at the highest level, winning international championships and representing the Macedonian Senior National Team.
 

Today, I bring that experience into the Lions Volleyball Academy, developing athletes through elite coaching, structured pathways, and a strong focus on technical, physical, and mental performance.
 

Beyond sport, I’ve spent 25+ years in business strategy and leadership, building high performing teams and delivering measurable results.
 

I’m also the founder of ILIJA™, a premium Sydney based longevity brand, where I design science backed programs for performance, health, and long term vitality.
 

For me it’s all about build strong athletes, build resilient people, and create lasting performance for life.

Our VISION

  Our vision is to become Sydney's most recognised and respected junior volleyball academy by creating a premium athlete experience, building a passionate community and establishing Lions as the first choice for player development.

To create a youth sports brand that parents actively seek out because of its culture and identity.

We will build the brand around one simple promise: We don't just develop volleyball players. We build confident young people.

This message aligns with our coaching pathway, appeals to parents, differentiates us from clubs focused purely on competition, and gives every marketing campaign, partnership and sponsorship proposal a consistent purpose.
